    Tranche 2 and SP under 5c is a clear message that the risks are still very high

    That photo of construction site is not convincing - next to nothing in progress in months etc

    Profit takers care about the today not what could be tomorrow

    Millions would sell this at 7c or under until any real confirmation of construction and production etc
