Simply put, the task being to work together with selected Utility Companies and Universities (other Specialsts) and deliver against the Federal Department of Energy’s expectations…. Execute correctly, create an Industry Standard for this, call it Governing Body, and you not only get paid a ‘material’ amount, but stand to enjoy the fruits across the entire Utility industry.
