I'd say you have to look past a one off "options" valuation for a new incoming CEO. It's not cash.
So, taking a 50% cut off your actual base is something substantial. So SH is on about $200k right now.
Non-exec directors at $24k was quite low already these days if you compare....so at circa $12k currently, that would be one of the lowest on ASX
And you can see this coming through already with a much lower cash burn Q1FY21

Not every company took voluntary pay cuts during covid (good question/ how many?), whilst this one during that period still managed to seal the deal with Sibelco for the worlds largest Petalite offtake agreement.
