Stirer, the new mining laws superceding the previous ones were only enacted in September. Within the new laws Regulation 11 is unambiguous.
Walkabout Resources have either not considered or understood the new mining laws, particularly the implications for exporting concentrate in the absence of both a Framework Agreement and a Joint Venture company with the Government of Tanzania.
