Still a decent stock. But the share placement will put an anchor on the price for the time being especially with other market uncertainty. Any holder as at the time of the record date has little incentive to pay much over the discounted rate unless they significantly want to increase their holdings. Others like myself have taken profit at above the placement price and now have a free CALL option at the placement price.
