One thing not to like is the rate.
I would have hoped for something between 6-8% considering the operating perf of the business. The notes are also secured. This is pretty expensive finance.True - the rate appears high. However it probably reflects the sovereign risk, in particular the uncertainty that surrounds an export tax being slapped on NPI exported from Indonesia.
