Good profile/background on JabraD's mate Dodik. Was talking November for his plan, let's see. I reckon per the profile just seeking re-election, retaining power, through and in competition with ethnonationalist rhetoric. Interesting how Madeline Albright characterised him in the early days, and how his line has changed. Tweak the message as required to suit the political zeitgeist and retain power.
