I think they have engaged a third party so that SFR's holding can be sold in the market.
This gets around the problems of:Neatly done Paul. (I'm glad I didn't spew vitriol).
- Retail SH's not getting an allocation
- SFR interest is being sold as a block and posing a T/O threat
- Small SH spitting the dummy a the vote.
