Should be interesting to see how that affects the share price.
Typically for a share placement where shares are issued at x price the share price tends to gravitate towards that value whereas I believe these shares are merely changing hands at that price without retail input.
The primary placement for new shares will be the $52 million book build commencing today and the $50 million being issued to Orion at the $2.80 placement price whereas the SFR shares will be traded to new holders at $2.80AUD.
Should be interesting to see how that affects the share...
