    Hello. I am only speculating but IDA have $31M in carried forward losses (which is used to reduce the taxable income) therefore i guess the total cash after tax may possibly be $87M or 13 cents per share. Merely guessing $30M + $37M + $44M = $111M in pre-tax cash less $31M in losses = $80M in taxable income = $24M in tax payable. $111M in pre-tax cash less $24M in tax = $87M = 13 cent per share on 666M shares + options.
