    A dumb question for me, as I cannot understand the French contained within the first paragraph of yesterdays Announcement.

    Will the US$25,000,000,00 received by the "Claimant's Legal Representative" go to:

    1. The Claimants (3 of us), and if so in what percentages?
    2. 100% into Indian's Account.

    Clarification and particularly if the answer is 100% to Indiana (less any small costs) would greatly assist our Current Share Price.
