    Yes i wasnt sure exactly what they are commited to build and have working by a given day.
    Would think whatever it is is still an outstanding condition for the deal, although i guess conditions precident were what was required to get next 10 mil payment and subsequent. What happens if they dont produce? Have to repay which they will have no money to do i assume?
