Until Pangea sell those 9.9mio shares the price is going nowhere. Don't forget if you have read the 2021 prospectuses the Pangea CDI holding were previous loans at a 12% interest which they converted into CDIs. Pangea is an investment capital provider and now wants to get their money back to move onto their next investment which is another explorer in Canada (you can do the research and see what that one is). They were never going to be a long-term investor (refer BEZ IPO Prospectus - go read it) as that is not what they are about.
This is my own research but best to do your own and then make a decision rather than float unresearched theories.
