Ann: US$300m Finance Facility and Management changes, page-1150

Ok, sillv buggers bot trading again today.
They pushed it down early today with about 350,000 shares to 21.5c. Then during the day proceeded to accumulate stock at 21.5c.
At the afternoon close they pushed the final price to 22c to make themselves look good at collecting stock at 21.5c.
Total traded on the day was 1,353,066 shares.
Now this is how slanted the buy and sell orders are.
When the day finished at 4pm on the sell side 13 day only orders were extinguished for a total of 150,000 shares around that 22 to 23c area.
On the buy side it was 39 orders for a total of about 838,000 shares.
That shows you for a quiet day how they sell a bit to accumulate a lot of shares at a relatively stable price of about 21.5c without anyone noticing the buying.

Now this is my interpretation of how they are accumulating cheap stock by capping the price. I could be completely wrong here.
But you make up your own mind on what's going on here on a daily basis and make your investments decisions.
By the way i am not a stockbroker or day trader as I just periodically monitor the trading patterns for my own benefit and no one else.
