    In absence of money/fund/easy term loan, all the feasibility seem infeasible and take time to give a profitable look to attract/secure loan/fund. If you have money in advance for free such as this in the form of advance gold off-take, brain should work like Sherlock Holmes to get those in quick time. Money matters and BEZ has this. BEZ mostly will look environmental aspect as a priority for mining.
