I wonder is it just me seeing this deal in a different way. Quantum are major shareholders apparently with about 30% of the company. They got paid another 11 million shares for providing the finance. So that payment alone is now worth around 3.5 million at 33c sp. They don't need to find 300 million up front but 10 mil a month.

surely if bez can quickly get into production and especially if they can increase the size of their resource then with no further cash raise or shares issued the share price should take off. If bez are in production and can prove a resource of 5 or 6 moz then 1b market cap is a reality and with only 350 million shares that should give around $2.85 per share.

That would make the 11 million shares paid to them for the finance worth around 31 million just on its own. 10% of finance already covered.

If qantum also hold 30% then that gives them around 300 mullion just in shares,. As part of the deal they receive to sell another 300 million gold ON TOP OF THAT SHARE PRICE GAIN.. And I think they get a discount on the gold price too so more profit again. Why is everyone worried they might not pay up? Seems like a win win deal for them.
