    - Receipt of the final $3mil USD from the initial $5mil USD payment (of which $2mil USD already received)
    - Draw down facility to be fully operational and draw down of first $10mil USD (stated to be by 30th June)
    - Further info on how the above funds will be deployed
    - Timeline re construction of pilot plant
