    So this announcement would appear to indicate agreement is legally binding and all required pre conditions have been met to allow second instalment of payment to be made. Next step is shareholder approval, and it appears the company providing the deal hold 30%. I wonder what the required acceptance vote is? Greater than 50%. Can't recall seeing a figure placed on level of acceptance?
