Obviously a huge difference and the "run up" won't be as big as people think.

The current Market Caps of them both now are:

BEZ Market Cap $84.42M

WA1 Market Cap $289.63M

You could argue that BEZ has a current MC of $384M after all the funding, giving the future BEZ Share Price @ $0.93 Cents.

Obviously if you're giving someone 300Million, you sure know that there is something in the ground, but how long will it take? The binding agreement shows that if nothing is done by the end of year then the 300M is gone, which really means BEZ is gone.

Some sort of news on drilling results is needed during this time, as well as a clear direction on how this will happen.

Obviously I am holding BEZ shares and am excited, but I just wanted to point out that BEZ is its own share and will make its own future.

1 Billion Market cap = $2.42 per BEZ share.
