If RIO get this deal over the line they will get the old Orecobre and Livent operations in Argentina which is right next door to RIOs Rincon project this will include the commercial scale DLE that Livent had .
In addition RIO would get James bay and others to give their HR staff something to cut their teeth on considering Serbias Jadar project is miles and miles away .
Personally hi hope Arcadium get a better price but I do hope RIO gets Arcadium in the end and is bid up as much as possible because RIO are trouble and they are ASNs neighbours in Utah also .
