Yeah fair, also why issue at a discount when they go cash flow positive next year... annoying. It does provide $4m for funding which does bolster the cash pile another 4 Qtrs (USD) So they should now have 8 qtrs of cash and +ve next year meaning hopefully further raises like this are not needed.
This is extremely positive though.
