Retail have had fantastic buy opportunities for the better part of a month from mid June to early July.
This is meant to be the cheaper and more direct avenue to raise much needed capital. I highly suspect the auditors required this for going concern again and running it any thinner than what we have would be gross mismanagement if aGvHD approval was delayed for some other unforeseen reason outside of SI's hands.
Glad to see the funds go to current shareholders who deserve the investment upside at the utmost inflection point in the Blast.
