Hopefully a new Institutional Investor coming on board too.
A potential future takeover participant with Perpetual or a US Private Equity player.
This is positive news and will support share price over a number of years.
The terms are pretty good too. The debt is covered by GQG being able to be sold on ASX.
Looking forward to the allocation of this money. We should see another boutique that will increase revenue by 10-15% annually.
