The cost to install the already purchased Alevo equipment (pouch & prismatic) and organise new cylindrical cell machinery is estimated at around the US$52M mark (likely includes some contingency). This is to have the 1+GW Imperium3 NY facility up and running producing cells of which Magnis owns around 47%.

Fortunately we don't need to construct a building to house the facility saving quite a bit of time and money. Huron is already set up to handle this sort of manufacturing business.

Compare that to Avanze which is looking to build a similar 1GW cell manufacturing facility and that they have estimated will cost them US$256M to build!

IMO Imperium3 will likely get the 1GW NY facility up and running for around a quarter of the cost of Avanze This will have a huge positive impact on profitability as the bond/loan repayment will be much smaller and easier to pay back.
