making a announcement to the stock market that you have paid 5m for something worth 200m and you are a 47percent shareholder of the company means you have increased the value of you assets in a way where financing shouldn´t be any issue. Great collateral. What happens if there is no evidence for the value of 200m and someone from the financial community feels the announcement was misleading? Interesting question IMHO. DYOR!
