Go back and look at the SP reaction (then the few days that followed) when the loan was originally announced. There was no reason to doubt it wouldn’t be a done deal within 50 days, so it’s a good indication of the markets level of excitement.
And FYI, those terms were good. Excellent even. However now we know they’re unlikely to stand as this goes back and forth between parties.
You’re going to be left disappointed in my humble opinion. I’m not saying the deal will be bad, but it can be excellent and you’re still not going to get the SP move you’re hoping for.
