I've lost track of where MNS is at.....is the 50 days passed yet, have the few technicalities in the document been resolved yet, have the people providing funding done their due diligence, or have the lawyers' dogs eaten the papers?
Perhaps the most likely answer is the they looked at the 2nd hand equipment stored in a warehouse (or container) somewhere in Endicott & decided this is a joke.
one of the benefits of a share price fall as dramatic as MNS is that it becomes such a small part of the portfolio you just hold it for the lotto like odds of something happening at this stage....well the question is still whether you sell to get something out now, or if nothing changes in the next 6 weeks, the company runs out of cash & you get nothing
