You can fool all of the market some of the time, and some of the market all of the time, but never all of the market all of the time. If the market believed any of that blurb the price would be $20. The only thing MNS have on the horizon is taking more money from investors IMO.
Wrong stock in wrong sector at wrong time with wrong management and no money left IMO.
