Imo - if I have interpreted your post correctly- that would be a rather interesting (read: risky) thing to do, considering that Puna Mining run the Rincon show.
Can you imagine, from the perspective of the team at Puna Mining, having AGY hire someone and send them to site to somehow oversee the ramp up process…?

Don’t get me wrong, I expect that he will have some involvement, but more from an arms length position, and more in terms of being a conduit of sorts between Puna Mining and AGY, rather than actually managing anything on site.
I’d expect the Puna team to be somewhat insulted if there was some intention to drop him in to some type of managerial role at the project.

Just my thoughts, imo.
