In AUD terms the investment amount from ATL is approx AU$7.5 million. (US$1=AU$1.51)
ie. 51,614,581 shares @$0.14631 = AU$ 7,551,729.34
Therefore, the 51,614,581 shares proposed to be issued for a placement today are all for the ATL investment.

Atleast that's my take on the 51mil shares proposed for issue. Unfortunately there's no "roughly $2M" extra to be raised, but on a positive note AGY is receiving an extra $2.5mil on top of your perceived $5mil in AUD terms.
