This is good news any way you look at it. Good appointment also. I still suspect that any funding agreement for the expansion is entirely dependent upon a successful ramp to or near 2kt (i.e proving that the methodology can scale to commercial production). If AGY can sort that out, they'll have no problem securing a deal since the expansion will be derisked significantly.

2) 10,000t/y expansion permits - Done
3) Ramp to 2kt/y nameplate - in progress (at 12.5% at last news)
4) Offtake agreement and expansion funding - in discussion very likely depend on 3) success
