I hate to agree with you, because your huge ego really needs no further boosting, but I agree.

It's the reason I generally don't put naysayers on ignore even though they say I should.

To get to the announcement, I think it's an excellent step at this point in time. It seems to me this has been in the bubbling in the background for longer than it should have, due to the process delays, but to me it's ATL saying, yes now we see it's working well enough so we don't want this to go arse up in the short term, so we kick some loose change in now, so that longer term it will be even more beneficial for us.
If Pablo and Jerko truly have extracted the digits from each others arses and are getting this to nameplate (with some sales?) then this should look good for me when my CGT halves and I reassess my holding. I think a lot will also depend on the spot price near the end of the year too. I suspect that is turning upside too though forecasts are always a grain of salt thing.
