After this announcement, I'd speculate that CATL is the next partner for 10K plant.

Jerko keeps saying the partner is from a Tier-1 group from EV supply chain, that rules out ATL, since they don't make car batteries. CATL on the other hand is an EV battery manufacture, and it is created by the same people founded ATL. Their headquarters and facilities in Ningde, China are next to each other, they even share the same staff canteens!!

There are speculations in China that CATL may acquire ATL from TDK. Two years ago, CATL and ATL created a joint venture (PTL) to focus on batteries storge solutions.
