    Oh dear, what happened to the Koreans? Now AGY has secured a strategic investment of just $5m from a Chinese player that is certainly not a “Tier 1 counterparty in the EV supply chain” (find me one person here who ever suggested ATL as a potential partner).

    $5m down, $370m to go to fund Stage 3. Potential offtake and the premium to VWAP are both good, but I have no doubt that the Chinese will be seeking an attractive offtake discount in return for the premium applied to the cap raise.
