Good pickup mate, thanks. It does make you wonder what the hell Rafael was doing at AGY for the last two years, other than picking up a salary. It doesn't seem like any of his core responsibilities were achieved, given the significant overlap with Puna Mining senior personnel, and that fact that Tonopah has gone nowhere in years:



Agree that James Shay is a good hire though, looks very experienced. The only downside I can see there is some of the negative inferences he has made on LinkedIn about his previous employer (Albermarle). While it may be light-hearted, the underlying tone is a bit unprofessional for a high-level executive. I can't imagine that his past conduct would be advantageous when trying to progress AGY's Tonopah project, which requires negotiation of water-rights with Albermarle.
