Last time I checked, the Tier 1 producers in that chart are still Teir 1, and I reckon BYD and CATL have certainly moved into that Tier 1 group as well. ATL though? No-one here had heard of them prior to their investment in AGY (or if they had, they never mentioned them). It was all Tesla, LG Chem, Samsung and Panasonic. You know, the actual non-Chinese Tier 1 operators listed in that chart. Seems pretty relevant to me.......
