Simple terms? CATL and ATL are two completely separate companies...

CATL are a publicly traded company which was originally a spin off from ATL for EV batteries.

It's pretty concerning people don't understand the simplest concept of what spinning off a company means. Even more so that you need someone on a forum to explain this to you, when this information is so easily accessible with a simple search (even their Wiki explains it in black and white)... it's no wonder you've been posting such misinformation recently.
