    Yes, but CATL being a spin off of ATL, now in a JV, is maybe not quite as straightforward as 2 completely unrelated entities partnering up. I have no qualms or reservations but it would be nice to know what the actual plans are, but we'll only find out if/when it progresses.

    I see it as a big slap on the bottom to anyone who has banged on about "carrot dangling" ad nauseum. Shame on youse!
