A crash is considered a drop of 10% or more.
A bear market is a drop of 20% or more.
$0.120 is 82.75% of $0.145 (or a 17.25% drop), which was the price at the time of posting.
It's not quite a bear market for AGY stuck just yet, but it could be argued the price has crashed.
Reaching $0.115 would be considered a bearish market for this stock.
