It happened. True as day. Just have to go back through my holdings to recall the company and the details. They were to build the plant, commission it and once it was at production then payment was due. ASX listed company, Chinese Carbonate producer. It is that easy. I don't hold AGY anymore so don't want to waste my precious time chasing up what I say but it is FACTUAL and other people here would be aware of it. I wasn't the only shareholder in the company. I've been involved in public listed companies and people who say things aren't that easy usually push the brooms.
