    Maybe, but more than likely that’s just a target, and targets and reality don’t always match. JZ wouldn’t be seeking to increase the cap raise limit for no reason.

    I don’t see ATL as a cornerstone investor; they did a similar deal with another lithium minnow (SGQ) about 7 months ago, raising $3m. It seems like they’re just sprinkling a bit of capital around, it’s not like this investment is a one-off for them.
