I am very excited with appointment of James to COO. This now becomes a different ball game and AGY getting serious as we negotiate expansion and offtake, great move bringing on someone of this calibre from Albermarle JZ!! This opens some big doors with no doubt solid relationships in industry.

I think 2024 is shaping up to be a milestone year for AGY!
