Well well well.......for all the screaming and yelling about Capital Raise.
NO CAPITAL RAISE......NO DILUTION.
Although the deal is highly favoured towards SPROTT, it is much better than capital raising dilution
To get US$60 million from a highly experienced hard core resource guy like RICK RULE....who must have done mine site visit, all the necessary due diligence....that tells me Mr. Rick Rule must have confidence in getting his money back & more.
Today's trading activity was definitely giving a hint that something was in the cards.
So who picked up that 18million share sale. It could be SPROTT Resources is also buying the shares on the market.
Congratulations to Simon Jackson & management to secure this deal.
Now get your..........a.......s........to get the job done efficiently & effectively.
