I'd like to know what major items of plant have been ordered and the status of long lead time items. The ball mill has a lead time of 10 months. That makes it next May the item could be delivered, if ordered today. Then installed.
Part of the Sprott term sheet release conditions include: Finalisation of the Mineral Investment Agreement..... Not yet finalised.
Facility amount – US$60 million, with availability in installments subject to release conditions customary for a facility of this nature.
When will the first installment be paid? Not until the Mineral Investment Agreement is finalised.! and as Zuluman states the BOD has not yet given their final investment decision to develop the project......why? If they dont give it, Sprott will not give them any money.
Many here have been holders of EMR for years now, and get tired of hearing they have to wait another 1 year or or 2 years. The time line has already slipped by more than 1 year. Some here announce their blind faith in the management team, as reasons for buying more shares, and urging others to have patience. eg "These guys know exactly what they are doing" Wrong ! they do not know exactly what they are doing because they are doing it in Cambodia. If they were doing it in Australia I would agree, but Cambodia...well nobody knows Cambodia. I'm certain they are giving it their best shot, but they must be as frustrated as most of us are with the slow speed of progress.
I want to see a lot more information in the quarterly and End of Year report. I want to know the status of mill plant items, with delivery dates. I want to see a time line leading to gold production. I want to see the road completion date. I don't want to see vague platitudes from other posters trying to defend their friends in management. If others here allude to having inside knowledge, then I want to see it in print. If management are leaking information, then they are guilty of violating their own charter.
