Any settlement to the Mali Govt. should be in the form of LLL escrowed shares with a 2 year expiry. NOT CASH.
They will benefit then if they allow LLL to get on with the job of making the project work for all members of the JV.
Otherwise you leave yourself open to the next Govt. whim.
They have shown themselves to be untrustworthy. Trust is hard to regain.
Any settlement to the Mali Govt. should be in the form of LLL...
