That comment was trying to help @zzya1979 with understanding why there is price differences between Australian Companies.
PLS to Port 120 klm, revised DFS (2018) Altura Expansion had Transport including port costs at $36? (from memory)
~ using B Doubles, then reloaded, triple triler road trains (3 x 25t Rotoboxes, I think they were called?)
LTR to port 700 klm, from their DFS $69 /wmt concentrate including port costs (table 4)
~ a little confusing but didn't look that hard as from the same DFS $55 (table 12)
I'll take your word on trucking methods used by LTR as it isn't indicated in the DFS.
I suspect there will be variations to the transport costs, as in 2018 (PLS) diesel was $1.52 ltr, in 2021 (LTR) diesel $1.42 ltr
-- todays price in Geraldton $189 - $1.95, further inland closer to LTR (Meekatharra) $2.19 - $2.25
I also suspect that there will also be additional (associated) costs with the transport cost that would be attributed to road train driver salary increases as the labour shortage continues, with some transport operators offering $150,000 salaries compared to historic (2020 - 2021) $114,000 pa.
