I'm biased to optimism, but if we stay under the old mining code after paying this, it's a net win in terms of ownership %.

I can understand Mali being pretty pissy about FFX, even if we're legally fine.

What we need:
1) Regulatory certainty (be great if all our permits magically came through immediately after the settlement).
2) Commission methodically.
3) Establish low cost of production.
4) Wait for the lithium cycle to turn, even a bit.
5) Invest outside of Mali.
