I can't see anything like this occurring. ASIC and the ASX will have a lot of Q's plus the ATO no doubt. In fact would not be surprised if the ATO questioned FFX financials Year Ending Dec 2022 hence no half year report, noted in their Quarterly released today.
On another matter, someone I hold in high regard forwarded me this snippet from the prospectus page 47.
2nd paragraph is interesting.
