I think this comment is pretty unfair. SH had nothing to do with the ffx debacle.. he was dealt some awful cards when he walked into Leo and was tasked with having to clean the sh*t show up. The ongoing negotiations he has likely been doing since day 1 would be a right royal pain in the a**. no doubt he'd rather be focussing on actually getting the company into production.
Tbh, I'm just glad he hasn't walked out. then we'd be sub 5c and ultimately canned.
I also think that the idea of a settlement is a good thing. it beats giving Mali a stake in the company and prevents ongoing interference by them, to the extent that giving them a percentage of the company would. plus the second tranche of funding is contingent on Mali playing ball. the way this is worded, it makes me think that Mali won't get a second tranche of funds unless they're cooperating with the company.
