Leo will probably claim for recovery against FFX, and the FFX directors will probably then try to sell the whole FFX business to settle the claim (it has Treadstone on its books, ostensibly looking for white knights) with the now devalued 17.6% LLL stake all wrapped up in the sale. Nothing at all would surprise me now.
